Baked Cod with a Side of Steamed Green Beans and Mashed Sweet Potatoes

__Ingredients:__ - 6 oz (170 g) cod filet (140 kcal) - 1 tsp olive oil (40 kcal) - 1 cup steamed green beans (30 kcal) - 1/2 cup mashed sweet potatoes (115 kcal) - Salt, pepper, and herbs to taste __Calories:__ ~325 kcal. __Macronutrients:__ protein: ~34 g, fat: ~8 g, carbs: ~32 g. __Instructions:__ 1. Preheat your oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Place the cod filet on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through. 2. Steam the green beans until tender. 3. Boil and mash the sweet potatoes, seasoning with a pinch of salt. 4.
