## Cardio Cardio is any activity that makes your heart beat faster, makes you breathe deeper, oxygenates the blood, and leads to blood flow to the pelvic organs. Tension in the quad muscles, lumbar muscles, and pelvic floor helps to improve blood supply and increases erectile function in men. Sitting in this position is recommended for at least a few minutes a day. ## Kegel exercises These were originally developed to treat urinary incontinence. They also strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, which allows women to have more intense orgasms. For men, Kegel exercises help prevent premature ejaculation. ## Plank This is an ideal way to strengthen the deepest layer of the core (transverse abdominal muscles), as well as the upper arms, quads, and glutes, which will help you and your partner to perform the most unusual positions. You should start with planking once a day for 10 seconds, and then increase the time to 60 seconds or more. ## Cat pose Standing on all fours, round your back smoothly and slowly, inhale deeply, and then bend down on the exhale and look up.
