Lemon Garlic Tilapia with Steamed Broccoli
__Ingredients:__
- 6 oz (170 g) tilapia fillet (200 kcal)
- 1 cup steamed broccoli (55 kcal)
- 1 tsp olive oil (40 kcal)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste

__Instructions:__
