Warm turkey salad with orange dressing
__Ingredients:__
- Turkey filet 5 oz.
- Arugula 1/2 cup
- Quinoa 1/4 cup
- Fresh or frozen peas 1/3 cup
- Sweet peppers 1/3 cup
- Red onion 1/4 cup
- Feta cheese 2 tbsp.
- Orange juice 1 1/2 tbsp.
- Olive oil 2 tsp.
- Honey 1 tsp.
- Dijon mustard 1 tsp.
- Salt, pepper to taste

- Protein: ~45 g
- Fat: ~22 g
- Carbs: ~50 g
__Calories:__ ~596 kcal
__Instructions:__
1. Cut the turkey into strips and season with salt and pepper. Fry in a pan with a little olive oil for 5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
2. Boil the quinoa in salted water for around 12-15 minutes, then drain and cool.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the orange juice, olive oil, honey, and mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Add the turkey, peas, feta cheese, sweet peppers, and red onion to the quinoa.
5. Mix all the ingredients together and drizzle with the dressing.
