Asian-style pork
__Ingredients:__
- Pork, tenderloin 5 oz.
- Polenta 1/4 cup
- Carrots 1/4 cup
- Zucchini 1/4 cup
- Sweet peppers 1/4 cup
- Canned corn 1/4 cup
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp.
- Honey 1 tsp.
- Ginger 1 tsp.
- Garlic 1 tsp.
- Olive oil 1 tsp.
- Salt, pepper to taste

__Instructions:__
- Cook the polenta according to the instructions on the packaging, adding a pinch of salt.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the pork until browned (5-7 minutes).
- Add the carrots, zucchini, and peppers to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce, then add the honey, ginger, corn, and garlic. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Place the polenta on a plate and top with the pork and vegetables.
