Smoothie with kiwi
__Ingredients__:
- Banana 1 pc
- Kiwi 1 pc
- Milk 1% 2/3 cup
- Cinnamon 1/4 tbsp.
- Cardamom 1/4 tbsp.

- Fat: ~6 g
- Carbs: ~36 g
- Calories: ~221
__Instructions__:
- Peel the banana and kiwi and cut them into small pieces.
- In a blender, mix the banana, kiwi, milk, cinnamon, and cardamom. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass. You can sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top for decoration.
