Caesar salad
__Ingredients:__
- Chicken breast 5 oz.
- Lettuce leaves 4 cups
- Cherry tomatoes 1 cup
- Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp.
- Canned white beans 1/4 cup
- Greek or natural yogurt (3 %) 2 oz.
- Dijon mustard 1 tsp.
- Greek seasoning (paprika, basil, onion, mint, oregano, thyme) to taste
- Whole wheat tortilla 1 oz.
- Garlic 1 pc
- Salt, pepper to taste

__Instructions:__
1. Grill or boil the chicken breast until cooked, then slice thinly.
2. In a small bowl, mix yogurt, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and Greek seasoning. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Cut whole-grain tortillas into strips and toast them in a pan or oven until crispy.
4. In a large bowl, combine salad leaves, cherry tomatoes, beans, chicken, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Drizzle with the dressing and gently mix. Top with the crispy tortilla strips.
