Roast beef with vegetable salad and couscous
__Ingredients:__
- Beef 5 oz.
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Ginger 1 tsp
- Onion 1 pc
- Carrots 1/2 cup
- Red cabbage 1/2 cup
- Canned corn 1/4 cup
- Sweet pepper 1/2 cup
- Garlic 1 pc
- Olive oil 1 tsp
- Couscous 1/4 cup
- Salt, pepper to taste

__Instructions:__
1. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, olive oil, grated ginger, and garlic. Marinate the beef in the mixture and let it sit for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
2. Sear the beef on all sides for 10 minutes.
3. Preheat the oven to 160 °C (320 °F). Roast the beef for about 30-35 minutes for medium doneness or longer, depending on your preference. After roasting, let the meat rest for a few minutes before slicing.
4. Slice the carrots, red cabbage, bell pepper, and onion into thin strips. Add canned corn without the liquid.
5. Prepare the couscous by pouring hot water over it according to the package instructions. Mix the vegetables, couscous, olive oil, and a bit of garlic.
6. Slice the roasted beef into thin slices and serve with the salad.
