Chicken fillet with rice in mushroom sauce
__Ingredients__:
- Chicken filet 6 oz.
- Basmati rice 1/4 cup
- Asparagus 1 cup
- Olive oil 2 tbsp.
- Mushrooms 1 cup
- Onions 1/3 cup
- Cream 10% 3 tbsp.
- Salt, pepper to taste

__Instructions__:
- Boil the rice according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Preheat the oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
- Rub the chicken filets with salt, pepper, and paprika. Drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil and bake on a baking tray for 20-25 minutes.
- Place the asparagus next to the chicken, drizzle with 1 tbsp oil, season with salt, and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the onions until transparent (1-2 minutes), then add the mushrooms and cook for another 5-7 minutes until soft. Pour in the cream, salt, and pepper, and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
