Frittata with vegetables, freshly squeezed orange juice
__Ingredients:__
- Egg 2 pcs
- Tomatoes 1/4 cup
- Spinach 1/4 cup
- Sweet peppers 1/4 cup
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Whole wheat bread 1 slice
- Orange 2 pcs

__Instructions:__
1. Cut the tomatoes and bell peppers into small pieces. Rinse the spinach.
2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, adding salt and pepper to taste.
3. Preheat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C).
4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the frittata is firm and slightly golden on top. You can also cook the frittata in a microwave on high for 3-5 minutes.
5. Serve with a slice of whole-grain bread.
6. Squeeze the orange juice using a juicer.
