Turkey bowl
__Ingredients:__
- Turkey filet 5 oz.
- Quinoa 1/4 cup
- Cucumber 1/3 cup
- Cherry tomatoes 1/4 cup
- Carrots 1/4 cup
- Peas fresh or frozen 1 tbsp.
- Spinach leaves 1 cup
- Olive oil 1 tsp.
- Paprika 1/2 tsp.
- Dried garlic 1/4 tsp.
- Greek or natural yogurt (3 %) 3 tbsp.
- Lemon juice 2 tsp.
- Parsley 1 tbsp.
- Salt, pepper to taste

__Calories:__ ~400 kcal
__Instructions:__
1. Cut the turkey into slices, the cucumber and carrots into strips, and the tomatoes in half.
2. Season the turkey with salt, pepper, paprika, and dried garlic. Fry in olive oil over a medium heat for 5-7 minutes until tender.
3. Boil the quinoa in salted water for around 10-12 minutes, drain and cool.
4. Combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
5. Place the quinoa, turkey, spinach, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, carrots, and green peas in a deep bowl and drizzle with the dressing.
