Bowl with shrimp, quinoa and chickpeas
__Ingredients:__
- Fresh shrimp 4 oz.
- Garlic 1 pc
- Paprika 1/2 tsp.
- Olive oil 1 tsp.
- Quinoa 1/4 cup
- Canned chickpeas 1/4 cup
- Cucumbers 1/4 cup
- Cherry tomatoes 1/4 cup
- Parsley 1 tbsp.
- Lemon juice 1 tsp.
- Salt, pepper to taste

__Instructions__:
1. Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the packaging.
2. Peel the shrimp and marinate in the olive oil with garlic, lemon, and paprika. Allow to sit for 15-20 minutes, then grill or pan-fry until cooked.
3. Chop the cucumbers and cherry tomatoes.
4. Place the quinoa in a bowl, add chickpeas, cucumbers, tomatoes, and shrimp.
