Beef Stew with Carrots, Onions, and Potatoes
__Ingredients:__
- 6 oz (170 g) lean beef stew meat (300 kcal)
- 1 cup carrots, sliced (50 kcal)
- 1/2 onion, chopped (30 kcal)
- 1 medium potato, cubed (150 kcal)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (120 kcal)
- Salt, pepper, and herbs to taste
__Calories:__ ~650 kcal.

__Instructions:__
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides.
2. Add the carrots, onions, and potatoes to the pot. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
