Chickpea Salad with Cucumbers, Tomatoes, and Feta Cheese
__Ingredients:__
- 1 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed (180 kcal)
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced (10 kcal)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (15 kcal)
- 1 oz feta cheese, crumbled (80 kcal)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (120 kcal)
- Juice of 1 lemon (10 kcal)
- Salt and pepper to taste
