Couscous with Vegetables and Egg
__Ingredients:__
- Couscous 1/4 cup
- 1 egg
- Tomatoes 1/4 cup
- Cucumbers 1/4 cup
- Canned corn 1/4 cup
- Olive oil 2 tsp
- Balsamic vinegar 1 tsp
- Honey 1 tsp
- Salt, pepper to taste

__Instructions:__
1. Cook couscous in hot water according to the package instructions (usually 2-5 minutes).
2. Boil an egg until hard-boiled (about 8–10 minutes after boiling).
3. Cool the eggs in cold water, peel them, and cut into halves or large pieces.
4. Dice the vegetables.
5. Mix the couscous with the vegetables and add corn.
6. Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Stir thoroughly until the dressing is smooth and add it to the dish.
7. Place the egg on top.
