## Food and sex: how are they connected?
Human sexual activity (in both men and women) depends on biochemical processes that occur in the body. Diet is an essential part of these processes. In addition, to maintain libido, the body needs calories (energy) because nature provides for the “shutdown” of desires if sex is undesirable at the moment due to lack of food.
## Fat is allowed!

## Fish and meat

## B vitamins

B vitamins are also found in honey, spinach, and other green vegetables.
## Garlic

There are a number of other aphrodisiacs, including mushrooms, oysters and seafood, dates and artichokes, chocolate, and dry red wine.
