Light Caesar salad with shrimp
__Ingredients:__
- Peeled shrimp 5 oz.
- Whole wheat bread 1 oz.
- Olive oil 1 tsp.
- Cherry tomatoes 1/4 cup
- Lettuce leaves 1/2 cup
- Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp.
- Greek or natural yogurt (3 %) 1 tbsp.
- Dijon mustard 1 tsp.
- Garlic 1 pc
- Salt, pepper to taste

__Calories:__ ~378 kcal
__Instructions:__
1. Cook the shrimp in a frying pan using a small amount of oil.
2. Mix the lettuce leaves and chopped cherry tomatoes. Cut the bread into small cubes and dry in the pan before adding the shrimp and grated parmesan.
3. For the dressing, mix together the Greek yogurt, mustard, and garlic.
4. Pour the dressing over the salad and serve.
