Quinoa Salad with Black Beans, Corn, and Avocado
__Ingredients:__
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa (110 kcal)
- 1/2 cup black beans (110 kcal)
- 1/2 cup corn kernels (70 kcal)
- 1/2 avocado, diced (120 kcal)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (120 kcal)
- Juice of 1 lime (10 kcal)
- Salt and pepper to taste
