Grilled Turkey Burger with a Side of Mixed Vegetables
__Ingredients:__
- 5 oz (140 g) ground turkey patty (200 kcal)
- 1 whole wheat bun (150 kcal)
- 1 tsp olive oil (40 kcal)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, bell peppers) (50 kcal)
- Salt, pepper, and your favorite seasonings

__Instructions:__
1. Season the turkey patty with salt, pepper, and your favorite seasonings. Grill over a medium heat until fully cooked.
2. Lightly toast the whole wheat bun on the grill or in a toaster.
3. In a skillet, heat 1 tsp of olive oil over a medium heat. Add the mixed vegetables and sauté until tender.
