__Ingredients:__ - Cottage cheese (5%) 4 oz. - Egg 1 pc - Honey 1 tbsp. - Greek or natural yogurt (3%) 1 tbsp. - Apple 1/2 pc - Cinnamon 1/2 tbsp. - Vanilla sugar 1/2 tbsp. __Macronutrients:__ Protein: ~25 g Fat: ~12 g Carbs: ~18 g Calories: ~286 kcal __Instructions:__ - Mix the cottage cheese, egg, honey, and yogurt in a bowl. Whisk until smooth and velvety. - Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes until golden. - In a saucepan, heat a small amount of water. Peel and dice the apple into small cubes. When the water comes to a boil, add the cinnamon and vanilla sugar. Add the sliced apples and simmer for 3-5 minutes over a medium heat. Add more water if necessary, the apples should not burn.
