Beef in cream sauce with salad
__Ingredients:__
- Beef (tenderloin) 5 oz.
- Whole grain pasta 1/3 cup
- Mushrooms 1/2 cup
- Onions 1/2 pc
- Garlic 1 pc
- Olive oil 1 tbsp.
- Cream (10%) 1/4 cup
- Lettuce 1/2 cup
- Cucumber 1/4 cup
- Tomatoes 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
- Salt, pepper to taste

__Instructions:__
- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the directions on the packaging (around 8-10 minutes).
- Cut the beef into small pieces and fry in a pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil until golden (5-7 minutes). Add finely chopped onion and garlic, and fry for another 2 minutes.
- Slice the mushrooms, add to the beef, and braise over a medium heat for 5 minutes. Pour in the cream and a little water and stir. Reduce the heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Dice the cucumber and tomato. In a bowl, mix the salad leaves, vegetables, lemon juice, olive oil, and a little salt.
- Place the pasta on a plate and top with the beef, mushrooms, and cream sauce. Serve the salad on the side.
