Can Fish Replace Meat in the Diet?
One of the healthiest diets, the Mediterranean diet, includes fish, seafood, and cheese as sources of animal protein. This diet is suitable for most people to improve health, prevent cardiovascular diseases and obesity, and improve the condition of the skin, hair, and nails.

All family members had lower levels of bad cholesterol and sugar, and the adults had stabilized blood pressure readings. Before the experiment, the waist circumference of the father was 120 cm. After the four-week fish diet, his waist was 44 in, and the mother’s waist decreased by 1 in.
