Lentils with turkey and vegetables
__Ingredients:__
- Turkey filet 5 oz.
- Red lentils 1/3 cup
- Carrots 1/4 cup
- Celery 1/4 cup
- Onions 1/4 cup
- Tomatoes in their own juice 5 oz.
- Olive oil 2 tsp.
- Cilantro 1 tbsp.
- Salt, pepper to taste

- Cut the turkey into small pieces and fry in 1 tsp. of olive oil until golden, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, fry the chopped onion, celery, and carrots (around 5 minutes).
- Add the lentils, tomatoes, and water (200 ml). Cook for another 15 minutes until the lentils are soft.
- At the end, add the turkey and heat for another 5 minutes.
- Serve sprinkled with cilantro.
