Omelet with Veggies
__Ingredients:__
- 2 large eggs (140 kcal)
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers (10 kcal)
- 1/4 cup diced onions (10 kcal)
- 1/4 cup spinach (2 kcal)
- 1 tsp olive oil (40 kcal)
- Salt and pepper to taste

__Instructions:__
1. In a non-stick pan, heat olive oil over a medium heat. Add diced bell peppers, onions, and spinach. Sauté until soft.
