Cod in creamy mustard sauce
__Ingredients__:
- Cod fillets 5 oz.
- Potatoes 1 cup
- Brussels sprouts 2/3 cup
- Cream 10% 2 tbsp.
- Dijon mustard 1 tsp.
- Garlic 1 pc
- Lemon juice 1 tsp.
- Olive oil 1 tsp.
- Salt, pepper to taste

__Instructions__:
- Marinate the cod in lemon juice, salt, and pepper for 10 minutes.
- Fry the garlic in 1 tsp of olive oil, then add the cream and mustard. Braise the cod in the sauce for 10-12 minutes.
- Boil the potatoes and make mashed potatoes with water or cream.
- Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and mix with 1 tsp of oil, salt, and pepper. Bake in the oven at 200°C (390°F) for 15 minutes until golden.
- Serve the cod with the mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts.
