__Ingredients:__
- Greek or natural yogurt (3%) 4 oz.
- Banana 1 pc
- Kiwi 1 pc
- Oat flakes 1 tbsp.

__Instructions:__
- Mix the oats with the yogurt. Leave for 15-20 minutes if you like softer oatmeal.
- Dice the fruit. Add the fruit to the yogurt and serve.
