A spermogram is a laboratory method of examining an ejaculate to assess the fertilizing ability of male sperm.It shows a man's ability to fertilize and, in addition, is the most important method for diagnosing urological diseases. During the study, the concentration, shape and motility of spermatozoa are assessed, quantitative, qualitative, and morphological parameters of sperm are determined.
