Beef Stir-Fry with Vegetables
__Ingredients:__
- 5 oz (140 g) lean beef, sliced (250 kcal)
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (30 kcal)
- 1 cup broccoli florets (30 kcal)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (10 kcal)
- 1 tsp sesame oil (45 kcal)
- Garlic and ginger, minced to taste

__Instructions:__
1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over a medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, followed by the bell peppers and broccoli. Stir-fry until tender.
2. Add the sliced beef to the pan and stir-fry until fully cooked. Add soy sauce and mix well.
