Chicken in teriyaki sauce
__Ingredients__:
- Chicken 5 oz.
- White rice 1/4 cup
- Sweet peppers 1/2 cup
- Carrots 1/2 cup
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp.
- Honey 1 tbsp.
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Ginger 1 tbsp.
- Olive oil 1 tbsp.
- Salt, pepper to taste

__Instructions__:
- Marinate the chicken in soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger for 30 minutes. Fry the chicken in olive oil until cooked through.
- Boil the rice according to the directions on the packaging (10-15 minutes).
- Chop the vegetables and stir-fry them in the remaining marinade sauce for 3-5 minutes.
- Serve the chicken with the rice and vegetables.
