Tuna Bowl
__Ingredients:__
- Canned tuna 3 oz.
- Quinoa 1/3 cup
- Cucumber 1/3 cup
- Tomatoes 1/3 cup
- Avocado 1/4 cup
- Sweet pepper 1/3 cup
- Lettuce 1/2 cup
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp.
- Canned chickpeas 1/4 cup
- Salt, pepper to taste

Protein: ~37 g
Fat: ~19 g
Carbs: ~61 g
Calories: ~570
__Instructions:__
- Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the packaging and allow to cool.
- Slice the cucumber, avocado, peppers, and tomatoes. Mix with the lettuce, chickpeas, and tuna.
- Add quinoa to the mix and dress with soy sauce.
