Curd fritters with fruit
__Ingredients__:
- 5% cottage cheese 1/2 cup
- Egg 1 pc
- Whole wheat flour 2 tbsp.
- Banana 1/2 pc
- Olive oil 1 tsp.

__Instructions__:
- Mix the cottage cheese, egg, flour, and half of the banana into a batter.
- Fry the fritters on a dry frying pan or with a small amount of oil.
- Serve with slices of the remaining banana.
